Shipping Methods


We are pleased to offer free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders over $75 (Does not include wholesale orders).

  • Courier Urban Nationwide NZ $7.50
  • Courier Rural Nationwide NZ 12.50 
  • Local Pick Up for Auckland Only


International Orders

We ship to Australia via New Zealand Post. Flat rate of $30.00.

Customers outside New Zealand will also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements if any.

Order Fulfillment Times

I create, package, and ship every order myself. Each order is packaged and wrapped accordingly, ensuring that it won’t be damaged in transit. Your goodies will be packed up and shipped out to you within 3-5 business days of order placement (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays) and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped. 

Once the order has shipped, orders should typically arrive within 2-3 business days for New Zealand addresses, but we cannot guarantee a delivery timeline. Once a package leaves our hands and is at the courier office, we cannot control its delivery timeline. 

Delivery time is calculated by business days and does not include weekends or holidays. 

Shipping internationally takes a bit longer. You may check your tracking number any time on the New Zealand Post website for a status update on your package. Please be advised that we see the same tracking information that you do and do not have any more information on the status of your package with the couriers.

If your parcel is visibly damaged or does not contain the contents you ordered, please keep the package in your possession and notify us via email,, so that we may resolve the problem. 

Occasionally, an item will go out of stock before they assembled an order. In this case, you will be refunded for the out of stock item. 



We ship in recyclable mailer bags, use recycled postcards and biodegradable stickers. We use pop starch as our filler to secure our products in transit. Pop starch is made from expanded starch and is home compostable and biodegradable.

Please note that many of our products, are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures which packages can be subject to during shipping and shipping trucks, warehouses, porches in direct sunlight, etc.  Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner and not be left outside in the sun or hot weather. Melting has no effect on the efficacy and benefits of the products and in the event your items arrive melted, we recommend placing them in a refrigerator until firm and cool. 

Return Policy

Because of the personal nature of Fig + Flora Apothecary's offerings, including the high potential for contact with skin and/or bodily fluids, we cannot accept return or exchanges. Our small-batch herbal products cannot be resold once used or opened. This being said, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with our products' and customer service. If the item you ordered arrives in an unsatisfactory condition because of a crafting defect on our end, you have 30 days from the original date of purchase to email us for a resolution. This may look like sending you a replacement on us, or giving you a discount code for a future purchase of the same value. Please note that we cannot control damage that occurs during shipping, but we encourage you to take it up with the courier and we'll help in any way we can.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for any circumstances, such as reaction or irritation to an offering, contraindications or incompatibility. We include extensive information on all ingredients in our products and we encourage you to read the ingredients list carefully, consult a health practitioner prior to use, and do a skin patch tests prior to use. Please note that we make no claims to our offerings as it relates to conditions, disease, or cures.
