The Ritual: Shake well before each use. Spray 4 - 5 times on the abdomen, back, or all over the body. Massage gently and let oil air dry for best results. Use it before going to bed or whenever needed. Please note, a tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.
