After a long day of adventures, relax and rejuvenate sore muscles with our signature blend of epsom salt infused with peppermint, rosemary and eucalyptus essential oils.
Scoop 1/2 to 1 cup of these salts & sprinkle into a warm bath and relax.
Soak for at least 20-30 minutes. Try to soak at least twice a week. Epsom salts are also great in foot baths.
