Lavender is used to help calm anxiety and promote sleep. It also has a multitude of therapeutic uses including its ability to reduce skin inflammation, soothe muscle soreness and joint pain, improve skin health and hydration and reduce itchiness.

Lemon has antiseptic, antifungal, antimicrobial, astringent, and detoxifying properties. Nourishing, cleansing, and exfoliating skin.

The Ritual

Herbal baths have been used for hundreds of years to heal ailments and promote relaxation. Add 1/4 cup into a bowl and fill the bowl with hot water (not boiling), let sit 3-5 minutes, then add water to bath and soak for at least 15 minutes each time for full herbal benefits.
